Some updates, some brags, a little of everything.

Trying to get back into old routines, which included blogging. :)

It's been six months since my last confession blog post. Most everything has been good! Yay, for no bad news. Since my family is the most important thing to me, I will start there.

There have been lots of birthdays! Matteo is now 14 years old. Xane is now a 2 year old, Zoie just turned 5-catching up with Zander, so the "twins" are the same age again. Lilly will be 4 next month and Nicko is 9 1/2.

We have been crazy busy! We had all the kids involved in activities. Matteo, Nicko, and Zander just finished a season of baseball. This was Zander's first year in t-ball. Oh man, is he good! Zander is ambidextrous, and is able to bat equally right and left, and throw equally right and left. He was very popular with the coach. And my kid can hit! He was very happy with his first year, and looks at his trophy every day. He is OBSESSED with baseball. Nicko was a huge surprise! He's my kid that seems apathetic to most everything. But not baseball! He was very competitive, and I've never seen this side of him. For a first year player, he did excellent. His team won first place in their division. I have no doubt he will be on All-start next year. Matteo, found a great passion in baseball. He initially did not want to play. He never really liked baseball as a game. The last time he played was as a five year old. So really, this is his first season. Well, from never playing to being selected as an All-star is a huge deal! We are very proud of him. His All-star games will begin in two weeks, and I'll be sure to update.

The girls were too young this year for softball. Zoie missed the cut-off, but really, she didn't care. She hates any sort of physical activity. lol She did however like library story time this year. I think I might make her get involved in softball next season, but haven't made a final decision. I think it would be good for her.

We are all moved in to the new house. We are enjoying our new community so far. The kids LOVE their neighborhood. This is the first time we've lived in a suburban area, and they love their neighborhood friends. We have the largest yard, so we have kids over every day.

I have a lot going on in my own life as well. I'm well into my ordination program, and hope to graduate next year. Super excited about that. I have tons of plans to start my own ministry. I did have to put photography on hold. I still take pictures of the kids, and did some team pictures, I found I really enjoy sports action shots, which I never thought I would.

So, hope to see my bloggy around more, and get back into it. :)
