Don't judge Friday-the football editon

It's that time of year. I become a widow every football season. There are nice things about it, don't get me wrong. My bookshelf will suddenly expand from my husband buying me books out of guilt-Yay! I won't feel guilty about solo trips out to eat on the weekends or a splurge on a new lipstick, and I can wear my comfy cartoon pj's to bed because I am suddenly invisible.

When I want to be evil though, I love to mess with him. For instance, he still has NO idea I actually know the basics of the game. Seriously, I know quite a bit! BUT, I love to sit next to him and play the helpless female and ask him endless questions. Something that gets him every time? I will constantly yell "Way to go! That was an awesome goal," or "oh look, he made the basket!" It drives him batty, and he will go on this huge rant and try to explain it all to me. lol Ignore me will he? pfft.

But more than anything I love that I get to super spice up the food. I know it's evil damnit but I LOVE spicy food. I will make wings and cheese sauce all to my taste-and I can take some heat-he will be practically foaming at the mouth and reaching for bottled water instead of coke (I'm saving his waistline at the same time) and never ever complains about the food, because he is too busy watching. :)

Oh my goodness, I just started reading your blog and I have tears streaming down my face from laughing so hard at your "Don't Judge Me" posts! I never think about messing with my husband intentionally like that, I need to start doing it. I'll let you know if I succeed.
